How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local provider. That is a pest control or wildlife business that works in your area. It is not Darknesspocket Pest Control. We make the link, and then the provider takes over.
Providers run their own shops. They set their own schedules and prices. Each one is responsible for its own work.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a few simple questions. What did you see? Where? How long has it gone on? Is it inside or outside? Have you tried anything yet?
The provider may suggest a visit. After that, you should get a written quote. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies. Request a callback to check provider availability near you.
What to Ask a Provider
A good chat covers these points. Write them down before you call.
- Are you licensed where California requires it?
- What pest or animal do you think this is?
- What causes it? Where is it getting in?
- What will the work involve, step by step?
- Are the products safe for kids and pets?
- Will I get a written quote before you start?
- What can I do after the work to keep pests out?
- Is there a follow-up visit, and what does it cost?
If your home is older, add one more question. Ask how they check for worn wood, old repairs and hidden gaps.
Fix It, Then Protect
The job is not done when the pests are gone. Ask what upkeep helps. That may mean sealing cracks, trimming plants, fixing a leak, or adding a screen to a vent. Simple habits keep trouble away.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions. You can get more than one quote. You can say no. There is no obligation to hire the first provider you speak with.
If something feels unclear, ask the provider to explain it again. A good one will.
