Complaints Process

A friendly pest control provider talking with a homeowner outside a stucco ranch home in Moreno Valley

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Darknesspocket Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Darknesspocket Pest Control
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But Darknesspocket Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.

How to File a Complaint

Email contact@darknesspocket.garden. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
